Editorial Integrity & Factual Accuracy
As an open-access health and sports physiology publication, Pulseforge is dedicated to providing high-accuracy information. Because our platform is completely free and non-commercial, standard physical retail product returns are not applicable; instead, we uphold a transparent editorial correction and digital access resolution policy.
1. Factual Correction Protocol
If a reader or researcher identifies a potential error, misattributed citation, or outdated clinical reference in any of our published guides:
- Submit a detailed correction request via our Contact Form or email
[email protected]. - Include the specific article URL and references to peer-reviewed literature (e.g., PubMed PMID or DOI).
- Our editorial director Antoine Werquin will review the submission within 3 to 5 business days.
- If verified, the article is updated immediately with an editorial correction note and revision timestamp.
2. Digital Accessibility Resolution
If you encounter technical obstacles accessing any interactive calculator, audio interval timer, or article page (such as browser JavaScript incompatibilities or display glitches), our technical team will troubleshoot and rectify the issue promptly.
3. Future Paid Workshop / Service Policy
In the event that optional paid workshops, masterclasses, or customized fitness consultations are offered:
- Consumers within the European Union benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Code de la Consommation) unless digital execution has commenced with prior express agreement.
- Refund requests submitted prior to the scheduled delivery of a live workshop will be refunded in full within 7 business days to the original payment method.
